Welcome to the 21st Century
Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time to assist with the review of 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) new grant applications. Experienced and dedicated reviewers are key to ensuring that newly funded 21st CCLC programs have the potential to become outstanding providers of out-of-school services to Florida’s at-risk youth and their families.
The RFP reviewer system and scoring system were created under the close guidance of Ms. Lani Lingo, State Director of the 21st CCLC program within the Bureau of Family and Community Outreach at the Florida Department of Education. Ms. Lingo is the administrator responsible for the overall RFP review process and all associated aspects. Questions about the process should be directed to Ms. Lingo or to Dr. Charles Byrd, Executive Director of the 21st CCLC Leadership Team at the University of Florida.
